Organization Structure

From instructor: Based on the reading in Chapter 8, how would you characterize your organization’s structure (such as functional, service-line, matrix, flat or other)? What are some ways that this structure is beneficial, and what are some drawbacks, considering elements of bureaucracy and shared governance? If you could change anything about the structure as it is now, what would you suggest?Please view the attached ebook for chapter 8. My nursing home that I work at has a functional. We have an Administrator, a director of nursing below and the organization is divided into departments like financial, medical records, HR, nursing, maintenance, kitchen, housekeeping, administration, social services, etc. You can make up benefits as well as drawbacks.
