Attributes of a Leader

From Instructor: Review the summary boxes 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 in Chapter 1 about Management, Followership and Attributes of Leaders. Identify then discuss with the group which attributes are ones that you are familiar with, and which are attributes you would like to pursue as an area of development for yourself. Comment on the influence of emotional intelligence as well as the elements that might be different from specific roles such as direct caregiver or educator roles.From student: Hi, this is a discussion post. You can say that I do critical thinking with my decisions and im a trustworthy employee/nurse but for a leadership position I would love to acquire and I am pursuing identifying needs of others or motivating others.
